You will be replacing someone who has delivered on the role for over two years, meaning that the HR function is current and working well. Your role is primarily HR support to the employee base whilst working closely with the Financial Controller and Operations Manager, bringing some Business Partnering aspects to the Generalist job.

Key duties:

- Assisting with Recruitment - Employee Life-cycle and queries - Employment Law and ER - Training / L&D initiatives - Assisting Management with Performance Management / Appraisals - Ensuring compliance with legislation including HACCP and H&S Based in Dublin West, this is a permanent, full-time job and the salary for this position is €35k - €40k per annum. This is aimed at someone moving from an HR Officer or Junior HR Generalist job but eager to grow and develop.

Ideal candidate for this HR Generalist position:
