IT Jobs- Our client a Global professional services company located in Dublin City Centre have an excellent IT job opportunity for a Senior Implementation Specialist to join their Development/Application team in Dublin. Excellent opportunity to work hands on with Cloud and very exciting implementations and migration projects. The person will provide expertise for a wide range of off-the-shelf in-house applications together with a growing portfolio of Cloud applications (SaaS & PaaS). The person will also technically lead the implementation of new solutions. Applications road-mapped for implementation over the next 12 months include IntOpen (Matter Inception), CRM, Talent Management Platform, Payroll upgrade, BI platform implementation, Case Management, Learning Management system, Firmwide Sharepoint 365 Intranet and various Artificial Intelligence related tools. These will be a mix of Cloud and on-premise implementations. Development and maintenance of data integrations between current and future IT applications will be a key aspect of this role. The person will work to maximise the API capabilities of their core applications so that we can seamlessly integrate directly with solutions being utilized by our Client Technology division. The person suited for this position must be an excellent communicator, a self-starter and looking for a challenging position with varied technical responsibilities.

Key Responsabilities

With regard to current and future applications, the Implementation Consultant will have the following key responsibilities: • Support, maintenance, change management, capacity management and system performance • Manage and deliver projects in respect of upgrades, integration, maintenance and system performance in conjunction with relevant vendors and consultants where appropriate. • To be the technical lead on a wide range of system implementations – Cloud and On-premise. Co-ordinate with 3rd party consultancies to ensure technical work is being delivered at a high level and work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered as planned. • To contribute to the road-map for continuous improvement, innovation, evolution, and suitable replacement when/where necessary, of the systems. • To maintain technical documentation, follow best practice system change management procedures and application Disaster Recovery testing in line with ISO27001 requirements

Essential Technical Skills

• Experience in supporting Finance or Practice Management Systems • Document Management, Case Management, HR and CRM systems • SQL Server Data Tools – SSRS • PowerShell • Integration and import/export of data between on-premise and Cloud applications

Advantageous Skills

• Experience supporting BI & Workflow systems • Data Analytic Toolsets – Microsoft Power BI and Tableau • Javascript • Sharepoint 365 • MS Office 2016 • MS Azure/ADFS/Cloud Application Authentication methods • Project Management/Supplier Managememt This is an excellent job opportunity and will provide you with a great amount of autonomy on excellent projects and also allow you to progress your career and grow with a company who have an great reputation in the industry.
