Reporting into the Group HR Director, you will join a team covering all HR delivery for the company operations across ROI, NI and the UK. You will be managing the team’s performance and HR delivery on a day-to-day basis whilst also acting as partner to the business, liaising with line and Senior management to enable them to better handle issues and occurrences at source.

Key aspects of the team’s delivery:

- Employee Relations - Performance Management and Balanced Scoring - Role profiling and Competency frameworks - Transfer of Staff (TUPE) - Rewards & Benefits As such strong experience in all of the above aspects is desired. However, the HR Director is very hands on and will work side-by-side with you giving you a great opportunity to learn and develop form an experienced HR professional.

The Ideal candidate for this HR Business Partner Job:
