PURPOSE
The Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the most efficient business processes are in place in their assigned Team. Their focus will be on process improvements and the successful implementation of all SHS projects impacting their team’s mandate. They will work very closely with other departments (Service Assurance, Regulatory Change, Compliance) on large projects both regulatory as well as client specific to ensure that new processes and developments are seamlessly integrated in the department. They are a subject matter expert whom Shareholder Services personnel can contact for complex problem resolution and queries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONS
• Management of System and Process Change to ensure that all Team members are informed and that timely training is provided. • Oversight of User Acceptance Testing on large projects impacting the Shareholder Services Department. • Ensure that best business practises are in place. • Client Advocate Activities on behalf of the Shareholder Services department. • Manage and deliver on various business requests coming from the Shareholder Services department as well as external departments. • Liaise on a daily basis with Support Team (SSAPS) in Luxembourg to ensure that development works and issues are worked on. • Ensure that developments/requests coming from clients are logged with Client Change and are dealt with in accordance to the business capabilities as well as ensuring that clients’ needs are met. • Escalate significant matters to Management so that issues/problems are dealt with accordingly and are receiving appropriate attention.
QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide high quality service by ensuring that all developments and Changes are tested thoroughly and implemented in a controlled manner. Dealing directly with client using a consultative partnership approach. Offer to both internal and external clients innovative solutions that meets their needs.

• Supports the Manager and Team ensuring that the work is prioritised as appropriate and evenly distributed throughout the Team. • Support to the Department as a Subject Matter Expert. • Strive towards continuously improving the current business processes to ensure maximun efficiency in the department. • Embrace changes in the Organisation in a positive manner and encourage team to do the same. • Represent the Department at various meetings, presentations.

Essential
• Extensive experience in Shareholder Services. • 3rd level degree or equivalent COMPETENCIES
