HR Job – Employee Relations Executive

Our client, a leading services company based in Dublin North is looking for an Employee Relations Executive to join their wider HR team, reporting to the HR Manager, this is a good step to for somebody who wants more responsibility and more exposure to ER.

Job Summary;

The Company is looking for a dedicated HR Executive with a minimum of 4 years experience in a progressive HR environment to work with a highly professional and collegiate team who are driving and leading the change agenda within the Company. The successful candidate must have proven experience in employment law and practical hands-on employee relations experience and problem solving. They should also have an ability to coach and support the operational management team on a wide range of HR/ER issues with practical solutions that maximise overall performance.

Primary Responsibilities;

• Strong Employee Relations experience including attendance at WRC hearings. • Ability to work within a strong HR Management Team in driving the change agenda of the Company. • Willingness to work in a multi-site environment, primarily in Dublin. • Strong communications skills in order to ensure clarity in relation to the best possible outcomes for the Company. • Ability to contribute to the wider HR Team environment with clear thinking focused on successfully contributing to the HR Strategy. • Good H.R.I.S. experience.


• Passion about HR and people • Solution oriented and the ability to think outside of the box to develop employee relations and engagement strategies • Ability to work within a professional team striving for excellence • A Degree in HR (or related discipline) and a CIPD Qualification • A Strong MS Office background • A full clean driving licence Aoife O’Donovan
