We have over 90 staff, 3 offices and sales in 2018 of over €18 million. Due to a buoyant market we are expanding and as part of that we are looking for resourcers to join our team to work with our executive division.

The role

• Studying the job position thoroughly and gathering all the necessary information about the particular job profile • Research into clients’ company, competitors and market place • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels – LinkedIn, candidate database, Job boards • Present shortlisted candidates • Research and develop recruiting leads – Check job boards, media, etc • Support team with daily administration – Adding candidates and jobs to the internal database, adding jobs to job sites, assisting with e-shots and event organisation • Assist in the coordination of interviews • Organizing, managing and prioritizing work effectively • Participate in various recruitment and business related events

• At least 4 years’ experience in a recruitment environment • Understanding of recruitment processes • Familiarity with recruiting software and candidate databases • Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods – Boolean search strings • Client focus along with relationship building skills • Organised with strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Integrity and confidentiality
