Fund Accounting Administrator

Purpose:
The Fund Accounting Administrator is responsible for performing the day-to-day operational tasks and processes of preparing the daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.

Job Duties:
• Assistance in the reviewing of financial statements of the • Umbrella Funds • Filing and archiving of books and records of the sub funds • Maintenance and review of fund core data • Preparation of NAVs for review • Preparation and submission of MMIF quarterly returns and Irish Central Bank periodic returns • Preparation of security, forex and FDI pricing for the division • Preparation of periodic Regulatory and other reports • Reconciliation of securities holdings and cash with Depositary and brokers • Review and administration of Corporate Actions • Update of books and records of the funds and calculation of daily Net Asset Prices (NAVs)
Appraisal:
A goal setting process will be conducted at the start of each year with ongoing performance appraisals conducted on a quarterly basis with the "Reports to" person. A Director will also form part of the semi-annual and annual performance appraisals. A remuneration review will be conducted on an annual basis by the Managing Director, submitted for review and approval by the Partners.

Qualifications:
University degree or an equivalent qualification Professional Experience: 1 year
