Our client is a leading Irish company with world famous brands and a presence across the globe. They are well established and have excellent growth potential. They have an immediate requirement for a HR Systems Administrator.

The Role: • Support & Queries from Employees, Managers and HR contacts on their HRIS system (core modules plus performance, recruitment and learning management) including: • Management of shared HR system inbox & requests • Management of ongoing support of end user queries including system login / passwords issues • Queries with Integration of system to other downstream systems and payroll • Liaisons with system partners and support partners to manage tickets/resolutions etc… • System Administration for Performance & Employee Central & other modules in Bloom: • Manage day-to-day operations, including payroll interfaces • Developing system knowledge to make process & system changes • Data imports and annual updates, including annual compensation reviews and annual leave schedules • Manage release updates and work with leadership to determine implementation plan • Testing of system changes in Test and Production environments • Reporting, due diligence & auditing • Creation of custom Reports and Report building • System Governance • Manage security accesses and permissions • Maintain and monitor data integrity • Maintain GDPR compliance • Maintain process documentation, including user guides and QRGs • Establish and ensure system governance processes are followed • Project Management • Manage system changes and projects, including module changes and implementations • Support payroll upgrades • Support change management process • Co-ordinate project meetings and administration • Help ensure project milestones are met • Support to wider HR team The ideal candidate will have: • Human Resources / Business Qualification: 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience • Experience with HR systems, preferably Success Factors • Knowledge of Microsoft office product suite, in particular Excel to advanced standard • 3 years working experience in HR systems • Experience working in a global environment, supporting multiple time zones • Good communication skills both written & oral. • Exposure to HR processes and projects desirable This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established growing business with an excellent reputation.
