An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Logistics Administrator/Receptionist for a fast paced company based in East Cork. This position is a permanent full time job with excellent salary and bonus available.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all Sales orders • Issue Sales delivery dockets & manage all export documentation • Liaise with warehouse & hauliers involved in shipments • Raise & Process Purchase orders on company computer system • Issue purchase orders to suppliers • Handle a busy Switchboard, Meet & Greet along with normal reception duties • Faxing, Filing & ordering of office supplies • Any other Admin duties that may arise

Requirements:
