The Payment Administration Team Leader will lead the Payment Administration Team in all aspects of Billing, Collections and Payment Administration. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Shared Services Team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a very exciting role that offers great benefits and the opportunity to develop and mentor the Administration team.

  • Responsibilities

  • Manage all billing queries and update the Shared Services Team
  • Review ad-hoc billing
  • Monitor daily VAT & Duty collections
  • Business Tracker setup and review
  • SOP preparation and team training
  • Train and Mentor team members
  • Ensure KPIs are met
  • Requirements

  • 3 years' Team Leader experience
  • Previous experience in Credit Control
  • MS Office skills - particularly Excel
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Billing is desired
  • Proficiency in SAP is advantage
  • Business Degree is a plus
