 Our client, an accountancy practice based in Dublin 6 are seeking an office manager. This company are setting up and rolling out a new CRM system, so experience with this implementation is paramount <\b> for this role. Candidates are also required to have experience in a professional services environment and extensive experience with time recording and related billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and implementation of a new CRM system
  • Maintaining client function on the system – time management, billing and fees
  • Monitoring weekly timesheets
  • Dealing with suppliers – ensuring best rates and practices are achieved
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Oversee the day to day IT requirements including liaising with IT suppliers
  • Manage the accounts payable function with the finance team and manage and prepare monthly management reports
  • Act as the health and safety coordinator for the office
  • Responsible for all recruitment requirements for the office
  • Organising travel and accommodation for the office
  • Maintaining and monitoring all training records
  • Experience required:

  • Experience of setting up and implementation of a CRM system is essential
  • Experience in a professional services environment – accountancy, legal, property – where you have dealt with time recording and related billing experience is essential
  • Five + years office management experience
