Primary Objective

The primary function of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities for the company in order to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, HR Reporting, Employee Wellness, Health & Safety and regulatory compliance in line with the Group strategy and business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of effective HR services which will include but is not limited to providing support on HR planning to meet business goals, headcount management, On boarding, performance management, talent management, evaluation process moderation, and reward management: • Design and review HR Policies and procedures and ensure alignment with Group HR Policies: • In conjunction with the business, manage and co-ordinate the annual salary / bonus process • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, earnings, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits; • Managing employee relations including dealing with capacity issues, resolve disputes, terminations and administering disciplinary procedures; • Support the business in driving an integrated Performance based culture • Provide input into compensation and benefits policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements; • Plan and conduct new employee on boarding; • Handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems; • Cooperate with Training Manager in analyse soft skills training needs; • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning employee-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates; • Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of employee problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's HR policies and practices; • Support Management in assessing Talent in line with Groups Talent Management framework • Represent organization during disciplinary hearings and investigations; • Manage local HR budget; • Administer projects in areas such as employee awards and employee engagement; • Contract with vendors to provide employee services. • Prepare and submit employee statutory reports to the relevant authorities;

Requirements;
