Financial Services Tax Director Dublin, Ireland Reference: 9219110 We have been appointed exclusively by our client, a growing well-established practice, who are looking for a corporate International Tax Director to take ownership of and lead a growing team allowing them to carve out their Partner career path. Our client has developed a significant and established corporate and international tax business across domestic and international financial service companies, consisting of clients from insurance, S110, SICAVs, banks, aviation lessors. This opportunity is for a senior tax leader who is passionate about their personal development along with building, developing and leading a growing tax team. If you're someone with a strategic focus for business development, improvement and business transformation please apply. You will have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio while taking ownership of those relationships, providing advice on both the strategic and practical tax issues, and the delivery of tax technical work. • ACA/ACCA with six plus years’ PQE experience, preferably in FS. • AITI / CTA qualified or equivalent from a recognised international accounting institution • Ambitious self-starter with integrity, intellectual strength, and agility • Entrepreneurial, energised professional, seeking more autonomy, and strategic input • Passion and curiosity to identify and communicate opportunities to improve client services and expand offerings • Solutions driven with strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate that knowledge in a coherent manner Our client is looking for a tax professional who wants to progress quickly in a fast-growing practice.
