What will your essential responsibilities include:

• Contribute to implementing the reserves framework. • Build reserving assumptions and methodologies. • Conduct regular technical and valuation analysis across relevant lines of business. • Provide Group Senior Management with an independent opinion on Technical Reserves and profitability. • Provide two annual assessments: half-year and pre-closing full year - present to the Division and Legal Entities, Senior Management, as well as to the Group Risk Management through the Flash Report. • Ensure that actuarial policies, processes and procedures locally meet standard requirements. • Calculate, with the support of the capital modelling CoE, the reserve Risk Appetite (moderate and stress scenarios). • Contribute to transversal profitability reviews and the performance, from time to time, of deep dive analyses on specific LoBs, together with the Underwriting team. • Contribute to any regulatory requirements.

Technical and professional skills

• Technical P&C actuarial expertise in Reserving and Modelling. Experience in P&C insurance commercial lines, specialty risks and assumed reinsurance are a strong asset. • Ability to build, use and understand various actuarial models. Knowledge of the data analytics techniques is a plus. • Good understanding of Underwriting, Claims and Reserves assessment connections.

Fluent written and oral English. • Ability to work independently using own initiative and be a good team player. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within the team to tight deadlines. • Capacity adapt to new situations and a keen ability to enhance/organize team working practices. • Open to different cultures and to travelling.


• At least 5 years of experience in P&C actuarial fields, with a significant focus on reserving. • Demonstrated development and/or enhancement of actuarial tool and modelling capabilities. • Experience in large P&C commercial lines, specialty risks and reinsurance are a strong asset.
