About the Role:
Varied multi-tasking role on a team dedicated to the Automatic Exchange of Information ‘AEOI’ compliance of Fund Services clients. Role encompasses client relationship management, client specific reporting, communicating with high-net-worth investors and other internal and external parties. A strong knowledge of Investor relations processes and procedures is required. A superior understanding of TA systems and document co-ordination systems is an advantage, as the individual will contribute to system developments required by the AEOI team and the testing of these developments. Knowledge or understanding of financial statements and / or NAV allocations is also an advantage, as is familiarity with client due diligence /corporate documentation.
Job Duties in Brief:
• Maintain knowledge of FATCA and CRS (AEOI) regulatory and compliance environment as it impacts service and/or clients, conducting additional research as necessary to resolve internal or external queries; • Reviewing tax documentation for completeness and regulatory soundness; • Preparing annual AEOI returns for client delivery/approval and submission of same to local jurisdictional tax portals; • Proactively managing daily workflow and ensuring set deadlines are met; • Completing monthly and ad hoc AEOI compliance reports upon request and ensuring a high level of accuracy is achieved at all times; • Working closely with and supporting Senior Management in ensuring the smooth running of processes and the ongoing adherence to procedures and processes; • Building and maintaining relationships with various high-profile CFS clients globally, acting as a point of contact for all AEOI queries and status requests. • Provide template and attend Board of Directors meetings, and ensuring all client stakeholders are responded to in a timely manner; • Co-ordinating on-boarding FATCA requests and the maintenance of same; • Quality control of FATCA information in TA systems, and liaising with Investor Relations and COE teams on queries of same; • Contributing to system developments to support the CFT’s business and regulatory requirements; • Assisting fund participants and advisors.
About You:
• BA in Finance; Legal or tax degree preferred • 1-3 years’ experience in Financial Services, and Client Service with exposure to regulatory practices • Experience in completing due diligence documents • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Proven experience managing multiple projects / deliverables • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
