I am seeking an Cyber Security Analyst for a great opportunity to join a very successful Irish company that operates on a global scale. In this role you will be responsible for developing the IT Security Framework for the Group, supporting the implementation and monitoring of adherence to the framework across the Group sites. You will be part of the IT Security and Compliance Unit are responsible for defining and maintaining a risk-based IT Controls Framework, supporting its implementation and monitoring compliance across the Group sites.


• Monitor network traffic • Report security-related incidents • Develop after action reports • Perform research on cyber threats • Provide recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of incident response processes • Alert the local sites on any security vulnerabilities identified and assist them with mitigation of the risk identified. • Play an advisory role to the business on security related matters for projects or processes as required. • Performing data analysis to optimize SOC procedures. • Assist in the coordination and implementation of major detection improvements to SOC analytics


• A minimum of two years information security experience would be required, with proficiency in performing risk, business impact, control and vulnerability assessments • A Strong understanding of infrastructure and business systems would be highly desirable. • Also, A bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience and any of the following certifications would be welcomed: • CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent qualification is highly desired. • Excellent technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems, and a wide range of security technologies, such as network security appliances, identity and access management systems, anti-malware solutions, automated policy compliance tools and desktop security tools would be required.
