Permanent Role of the claims Department is to provide operational claims administration services to the Claims Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support for Commercial Claims within agreed SLAs. Including: - Processing of Fast Track claims - Setting up & updating of claims - Monitoring of static claims - Payment processing - Reporting for the Claims team - Develop technical knowledge to ensure familiarity with all team tasks and responsibilities - Provide input into the development of SLAs and KPIs for the Operational Claims Team - Ensure that process and procedure documentation accurately reflect the activities and responsibilities of a combined LSM Operational Claims team and remains current. - customer expectations are met and exceeded • Manage the timely response to requests for assistance or information • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Skills and Experience

• Good understanding of Claims processes and procedures • Experience gained within the insurance industry • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English language and the ability to interact with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts; • Good organisational and prioritisation skills; • Ability to establish and maintain deadlines and service level agreements; • Experience of working to varying and tight deadlines; • Ability to proactively resolve issues; • Good attention to detail; • Strong Excel skills.
