Our client is a leading boutique tax firm providing advisory services to clients of high net worth. They are seeking a Tax Manager to become part of their senior team and manage a portfolio of long-standing clients. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and experienced tax professional keen to specialise in tax advisory work for HNW, family office and privately-owned Irish businesses.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering end to end tax transactional work across an array of tax advisory engagements while mentoring and leading teams
  • Formulating the most tax-efficient strategies around one-off transactions
  • Longer term, succession advice
  • Business sales, property acquisitions and sales
  • Family ownership structures, company re-organisations
  • Estate and succession planning
  • Revenue audits, inquiries and investigations
  • Ideal candidate profile:

  • CTA Qualified with 3 + years PQE
  • Ideally Big 4 / Top 10 training with core specialism in private client (HNW / family office/private SMEs) advisory work)
  • Adept in client relationship management
  • An ability to work with a team of highly experienced senior tax advisors
  • Strong expertise and capability in managing client escalation points
  • Excellent technical expertise with a strong solution orientated focus
  • Enjoys mentoring and imparting less experienced team members with their expertise and knowledge
