A Compliance job doesn’t have to be cut and clear. If you have a mind for business, and would like to branch out to be more commercial, then perhaps this is the career change you are looking for.

Compliance in Financial Services (FS) is now a well-established career path in Ireland, but this position offers something a bit different. The company looking to make this new hire are at the forefront of Digital Transformation, bringing digital products and devices to companies in a range of industries with huge financial backing behind them, with annual revenues hitting the €3 Billion mark in previous financial years. The Irish entity of this international leasing company handles high-risk financial investments that fund broader activity in the company.

What You Will Get:
• A generous salary and bonus scheme • Close working relationships with senior staff who can mentor and guide you • Autonomy to prioritise and complete your tasks, and a working environment where your feedback is vital, and your ideas to change and adapt to new methods will be heard • Access to an international and collaborative team of colleagues in Europe and the UK

This Role:
• Working with the Dublin Compliance team to maintain a chain of custody on all contracts from the business and its subsidiaries • Monitor contractual compliance obligations • Review and monitor customer behaviour from a payments perspective • Follow-up from litigation procedures • Follow and implement Group Compliance and Risk monitoring plans This job could easily suit someone who has trained in Compliance in Financial Services, but is interested in applying their best-practice approach to a non-regulated company.

Your Background:
• Strong skills in Compliance, Contracts, or Legal Documentation management • Familiarity with the leasing process, or similar contractual obligations • Good understanding of billing and credit procedures • An ability to speak in French, Italian, or Spanish (as well as English) would be an advantage • Freedom to travel for work in Ireland and mainland Europe
