ADMINISTRATORS – 6:PM TO 2AM - DUBLIN 24 – IMMEDIATE START Our client a logistics company based in Dublin 24, is looking for several administrators to work from 6pm to 2am for a busy project. This will be a six-month contract initially with a view to extension, immediate start required . This administration job will suit an organised and astute individual who has excellent computer and customer service skills Key Responsibilities: • Checking data for accuracy • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records • Ensuring the system is updated with importers details and specific requests • Administration support for the office • Liaising with both internal and external customers and ensure all clearance queries and requests are resolved/followed through in a timely and effective manner The ideal candidate for this logistics administration job will have: • Two years administration experience in a similar role • Strong classification of goods knowledge • Ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative • Ability to prioritise clearances • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail • Excellent PC literacy and keyboard skills required • Fluent written and spoken English Salary - €15 per hour For more information on this Administrator job please contact Emma Anglim on 01-6621000 or apply via the link.
