 Chief Marketing Officer We are partnering with an energetic and scaling technology disruptor in Dublin on the appointment of a CMO. Currently experiencing growth of over 75% this is a unique opportunity for a professional and ambitious candidate. You will be a driven ground-breaking leader with strategic, creative, and financial acumen to drive marketing strategy and vision. This role reports directly to the company Founder and CEO. A key member of the executive team you will oversee all marketing activities of the company and will be tasked with creating innovative marketing strategies that will build the brand, grow the customer base, and increase relevance to a range of target audiences.


• Manage the teams that are responsible for: Demand Generation across all channels, Digital Marketing, Events, Influencer & Partner Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Positioning, Branding and PR, and Corporate Communications. • Ensure our demand generation strategy continually meets our lead generation and revenue goals • Develop an account-based marketing model to optimize the market opportunity in the identified 20,000 targets. • Lead an integrated and creative content strategy across all channels that achieves thought leadership and demand generation goals. • Provide strategic marketing assistance, guidance, and support to our Chief Commercial Officer to help develop a supportive Channel strategy. • Develop and live the brand story. Act as an evangelist, including: all aspects of external communication, branding, Analyst Relations, PR & promotional strategy. • Recruit, manage and develop a high performing marketing team


• 15+ years of marketing experience, minimum 5+ years in a senior level management position. • Proven experience as chief marketing officer or rising marketing star • Have demonstrated experience executing strategic and campaign level marketing processes, product launches and leading large teams through complex marketing operations. • Demonstrated experience in largescale demand generation and customer acquisition through multiple channels (especially digital). • Been responsible for the creative direction of the brand and overall messaging for the company. • Experienced in global program / product launch and demand generation. • Skilled at nurturing and growing communities of users, influencers and partners. • Domain expertise in core areas: Enterprise software, licensing/contracts and/or cost optimisation desirable • Authentic, team player and enlightened leader, who leads with influence, yet applies authority when necessary. Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity and risk taking. Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character; demonstrated high moral and ethical behaviour.
