Our client, a leading global technology company with offices worldwide, are seeking a very experienced administrator to join their friendly and hardworking team in their offices in Cork.


• Act as the point of contact between the directors and internal or external colleagues. • Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms. • Handling correspondence directed to directors. • Making travel arrangements, detailed travel itineraries and submitting travel expenses • Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents. • Handling basic bookkeeping and financial tasks. • Filing and retrieving corporate records, confidential documents, and reports • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by directors • Helping prepare for meetings and accurately recording minutes from meetings. • Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with directors and site leads • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. • Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed. • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence for site lead • Provide general administrative support.


• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. • Confident in working for multinational company with offices worldwide, across time zones and cultures. • Highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail. • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. • Flexible and a competent multi-tasker. • Strong IT skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. • Professional level verbal and written communications skills. • Must be proactive and a team worker. • Must be self-starting and able to work unsupervised.
