Our client is an innovative and growing Software company based, Dublin West and due to expansion, they are looking to take on a Customer Success Manager. This is a brand-new role, with huge potential to make a difference and form new strategies. This role will form an integral part of the management team The successful candidate will have over 5 years customer service management experience in banking or finance (this is essential) and will oversee a support team of 15 to 20. The objective of this role is to improve the quality of the support service offering

  • Analysing all calls
  • Determine operational strategies
  • Oversee, monitor and manage all calls
  • Compile and report on SLAs
  • Improve process & procedures
  • Problem Solving
  • Monitor system and team performance
  • Track emerging trends in team operations
  • Key requirements

  • Over 5 years’ experience as a Customer Service team lead in banking or finance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance, or marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment
  • Experience in assessing, analysing, and categorising calls
  • 3+ years people management experience
