HR Job- HR Business Partner

Our client, a leading professional services firm based in Dublin City Centre has an opening for a HR Business Partner to join the HR team for a 12-month contract. Professional Services experiences is essential for this role.

Job Overview:

The HR Business Partner will provide strategic, practical, and thought leading HR support to the firm as part of a broader Talent team. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment and has a passion for building and refining processes and practices. He/she is strong in influencing and mentoring others and builds strong relationships with leaders and employees.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with and advise the business on all things related to talent – from recruitment and selection, integration, performance management, development and engagement. • Responsible for providing comprehensive proactive HR partnership to specified departments and their respective teams • Provide general HR support to all levels of staff in business areas • Anticipate issues and needs within the business areas and address these effectively • Carry out HR projects to support the HR strategy • Mentor and develop members of the Talent team

Skills and Attributes:

The role is suited to a self-starter who can operate calmly under pressure, work effectively to deadlines and who is highly organised. The candidate will be a strong team player with excellent influencing skills. He/she should have the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly. He/she should have the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight overlapping deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and a natural curiosity will also be key to success in the role.

Experience Required:
