Key responsibilities of Finance Business Partner:

Financial Planning & Analysis: • PPV analysis, review and reporting for SAP and Non-SAP entities. • Updating and tracking Aryzta ingredients files in central level. • Preparing and presenting monthly Procurement Category Review and Commodity Reports. • Develop and manage a process to ensure effective validation of all ongoing Procurement Costs at local Business Units in Income Statement level. • Tracking, analysis and reporting of cost reduction initiatives versus budget. Budget, Forecasting and Strategic Plans: • Responsible for setting and maintaining Standard Costing policy for Business Units and ensuring compliance to same. • Build business cases and total cost of ownership analysis for procurement projects. • Coordinate and complete Budget models based upon agreed volume, pricing, expense assumptions etc. Cost Analysis • Maintaining price forecast and commodity coverage files and analysis of regional spend by category to drive synergies and simplify the procurement sourcing model. • Analysis of production and operational efficiencies including a breakdown of all costs by category together with analysis of variances. Process, Systems & Data: • Regularly realising of projects in Project Management Tool ‘Provalido’ on a weekly basis. • System and process design and development to improve efficiency and effectiveness of all financial, cost and management accounting information within the organization. Communication, change and stakeholder management • Updating and maintaining issue log and Q&A tracker • Engage with internal and external stakeholders in the business, including Regional Procurement & Finance Teams and Local Operations.

Ideal person for this job:

• Third level complete and Professional qualification in progress desirable. • 3+ years’ experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance. • Experience in high volume, low margin business and related sensitivity to risk • High level of SAP/BOBJ competency essential with proven track record of delivering system improvements. • High analytical skills and accuracy of reporting using MS Office • Experience in project management within the food industry desirable.
