HR Job- Senior HR Business Partner

Our client, a financial services company based in Dublin is looking for a Senior HR Business partner to join their HR Team for a Maternity cover contract. Financial Services experience is essential for this role.

Job Overview;

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for supporting the business, by delivering a high-standard quality of service within the Human Resources function. Working closely with the CEO and Executives the HRBP will deliver the HR plan and execute on relevant strategic priorities. This person will have one direct report.

Primary Responsibilities;

The HRBP is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources within the business and management of the HR Administrator. • People Development • Recruitment • Compensation and Benefits • Remuneration Strategy Planning • Employee Relations • HR Administration • Culture and Communication

Skills and experience ;

• Third level educated with an appropriate qualification in Human Resources • Minimum of 5 (7+ preferred) years of experience in Human Resources. • experience within the financial services industry and a clear understanding of Solvency II regulations. Experience in a multi-cultural environment with international exposure. • Experience in people management. • Confidentiality and discretion • Ability to work remotely with multi country environment • Strong knowledge of the recruitment landscape and appropriate skills in this regard. • Ability to maintain standards and ensure the even application of HR policy.
