Sales Administrator – FMCG – Dublin City Centre I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of my client, a busy FMCG company based in Dublin city centre. This is a six-month contract that requires an immediate start. In this role you will provide support to the busy sales and finance teams.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Controlling all stock in multiple outside locations
  • Inputting all costs correctly on the system
  • Ensuring all payments are made on time and relevant PO are in place
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients and suppliers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Ensuring all shipping documents are in order
  • Full responsibility for all duty, freight and storage costings ensuring accurate information goes to the sales team
  • What skills and experience do you need?

  • 3+ years sales administration experience in FMCG
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Experience with an ERP system
  • The ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt to an agile, high growth environment
  • High energy and drive and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to influence change and be a champion of best practice
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel
