Office Manager

Our client a city centre based pharmaceutical company is looking for a part-time office manager, three full days a week. This role has come about due to expansion and will be office based

The Role:
  • Smooth running of the office and reception
  • Ordering office supplies when required, maintaining appearance of office
  • Establish, monitor and manage office–related contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers
  • Responsibility for inputting information into the accounting system
  • Maintaining all databases
  • Assist with the management team with adhoc administration tasks
  • Liaising regularly with caretaker on all facilities items (heating, toilets, alarms etc.)
  • The successful candidate will have:
  • 3 + years office management experience
  • Strong technical ability with strong business and financial acumen
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong upward management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate an office
  • Previous bookkeeping experience is beneficial
  • Drive to succeed and strict adherence to deadlines
  • Benefits:
