Office Manager
Our client a city centre based pharmaceutical company is looking for a part-time office manager, three full days a week. This role has come about due to expansion and will be office based
The Role:
Smooth running of the office and reception
Ordering office supplies when required, maintaining appearance of office
Establish, monitor and manage office–related contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers
Responsibility for inputting information into the accounting system
Maintaining all databases
Assist with the management team with adhoc administration tasks
Liaising regularly with caretaker on all facilities items (heating, toilets, alarms etc.)
The successful candidate will have:
3 + years office management experience
Strong technical ability with strong business and financial acumen
Commercial awareness
Strong upward management skills
Ability to lead and motivate an office
Previous bookkeeping experience is beneficial
Drive to succeed and strict adherence to deadlines
Benefits:
Salary €30,000 - €35,000 (pro-rata)
