HR Job- Learning & Development Executive

Our client has an opening for a Learning and Development executive to join their overall HR team. This role will be primarily L&D focused along with HR duties.

L&D Duties

• This role will work closely with our external Training Consultant in the implementation and the day to day operation of our Learning Management System • Manage the day to day administration of the LMS and ensure all employees are up to date • Help maintain content within the LMS by uploading modules and courses, granting access and user permissions, running reports & onboarding new recruits • Liaise closely with Training Consultant to create, maintain, and upload content to the LMS system • Maintain training records through regular review/audit of status to eliminate duplicate, conflicting, or redundant content • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal partners across the business to ensure latest content is available • Facilitate internal training sessions and customer demonstrations • Train and support learners on how to use the LMS for professional development • Proactively undertake a training needs analysis • Review and monitor system performance

HR Duties

• Support the Head of Finance & Resources in the implementation of HR Strategy • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance • Contribute to the strategic, operational and HR policies • Communicate new policies/procedures as published • Support implementation of a Performance Management program

Requirements:

• Strong L&D administrator with a keen eye for detail. • Previous experience in a Training/HR environment. • Experience of LMS such as Litmos/Fuse etc. • Experience in Digital learning would be an advantage For more details, please contact Aoife O'Donovan on 01 662 1000 or a.o'[email protected]
