 My client is a large well-known organisation based in Dublin City Centre. This Head of Finance Operations Job will have 6 direct reports across six teams including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial accounting, management accounting and systems. The ideal candidate has an accounting qualification, proven management skills, ability to think strategically and bolt relationships with the senior stakeholders.

SKILLS

• A professional Accounting qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA • A driven individual with significant experience in leadership and people management in a professional and pressurised finance function • Proven track record in delivering results, services, change and high quality reporting in a complex environment • Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage and balance a diverse portfolio of activity are also required.
