Sales Administration and Office Manager Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Administration and Office Manager to support their sales team based in Kildare - this is a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years office management, sales support and experience in finance. This role is a one-year contract, with a view to permanency

Duties and responsibilities

  • Proactively support the sales managers and directors.
  • Working as part of the team as a key link between the Sales Managers and the wider business
  • Work alongside all departments to ensure all workflows are managed according to deadlines
  • Administration for Sales Managers
  • Project work for the sales team
  • Liaising with internal/external auditor
  • Liaising with the buying department
  • Due diligence administration
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience a Sales Support or Office Manager.
  • Experience in document writing
  • Highly organized and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
