Facilities Manager – South Dublin

We are currently looking to recruit a facilities manager to work on some exciting projects with one of the world’s largest, well known, companies based in South Dublin. This is one of the most exciting facilities role to come on line in a long this. This role would suit someone with a creative mind and desire to create.

Within the role you will be involved in

• Working across a large facility and take responsibility for the site • Manage stakeholders • Detailed assessment and documentation across cost, risk, performance • Performance management across the business. • Managing vendors and contracts. • Manage SLA’s and subcontractor delivery • Use your creative side to create ideas and project on how best to improve the site • Represent the client in a professional manner at all times. • Soft services experience is essential in this role. For this role you must have • 4 years’ experience in a facilities management role. • Experienced in planning for large facilities • A creative mentality • A positive attitude and the excellent work ethic. • People management skills.

You must have 5 years’ experience in a similar role to be considered.
