Head of Service Innovation - Global organisation – South Dublin My client, a global Software Organisation based in South Dublin and specialising in providing support and innovation around the IBM ecosystem to a global client base, now has a requirement for a dynamic Head of Service Development. The successful candidate will assume a pivotal, customer centric role in the company with responsibility for delivering a unique value proposition to a global client base demonstrating both innovation and success. You will assume responsibility for the definition and execution of the Service Innovation strategy for the global business and will help to determine the most appropriate route for commercialisation of a global Innovation team. At the heart of this role is problem solving and innovation. You will drive the research and development of solutions that address customer pain points and challenges and will in the process improve sales conversion and customer retention and remove blockers.

The role: • Manage the execution of service-related initiatives and projects within the company both from a strategic and operational perspective • Develop a continuous improvement model based external / internal customer feedback on customer experience and journey • Define up-steam KPI reporting framework to the CTO to quantify and measure outcomes • Capture instrumentation and KPI’s across in the business to identify areas of focus, improvement, and development • Managing senior stakeholder engagement and building external network communities • Work closely with our legal team in the development of our intellectual property portfolio and managing risk • Develop the team and maintain a high-performance culture based on quality and excellence

The person: • Senior individual with a proven background in Solution architecture, Innovation and commercialisation • A real passion for technology, very customer centric, need to be constantly challenged • Proven track record in developing new service offerings to address customer challenges • Deep technical expertise in customer-facing and service-orientated roles • Strong analytical/problem solving skills and a flair for developing creative solutions in overcoming complex technical challenges • Strong focus on quality and risk management • Ability to manage global projects • IBM product experience an advantage For more information on this role please contact Gareth Fleming on 015927881or E-mail [email protected] or apply via the link.
