We’re looking for a 2nd Line of Defence Compliance Manager with excellent Project Management skills to work with an international Insurance company, based in Dublin.

This is a very exciting role for someone who wants to move away from BAU Compliance, or someone who comes from a Project Manager background in Consulting.
This Role:
• The position will sit at Group level, so you will have oversight on the Compliance regulations in multiple jurisdictions, about 13 or 14 locations overall. • We need someone who is organised, energetic, and has a keen eye for detail • You will be responsible for communicating with local Compliance teams to understand and research regulatory changes in their region, and devise and enact plans to make sure the regulations moved into company policies in time to be compliant • Ireland is the new central locations for all Group functions, so you will play a vital role in making sure the Compliance projects pipeline is running smoothly worldwide This is a great step for someone who has the ambition to take on a Compliance role with an international remit.
