Product Owner - Global organisation - Dublin My client, a global software firm based in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join an R&D team in Dublin. You will be responsible for at least one development scrum team tasked with building a new product that is critical for my clients continued success. The role: • Prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog • Work with the scrum teams to refine Product backlog. • Lead the conversion of problems on backlog into granular user stories • Define initial set of acceptance criteria for each user story. • Support the scrum team(s) during each sprint (clarify requirements, make priority calls, review test plans and development work). • Participate in Scrum ceremonies; sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. • Give progress updates to stakeholders on a regular basis. The person: • Minimum 4 years experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environment. • Experience in working across enterprise business applications. • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence all project members and stakeholders. • Experience with Jira and Confluence would be beneficial. • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) qualification would be a big plus.
