Business Process Analyst / Operations Analyst

Our client is a very well know global software provider with offices in Dublin. They have an immediate requirement for a Business Process / Operations Analyst initially on a contract basis. In this role you will be focused primarily on enabling their teams, improving business processes and driving business excellence You need to be a self-starter who will be comfortable working across teams and presenting in a customer-facing capacity. At the same time, you need to have a passion for data and bring out insights to help improve their business performance. The role requires project management skills, understanding of stakeholder management as well as strong communication skills. The Role: • Schedule, organize and follow up on team calls • Extract, process, and present data in an effective format to the business leaders to take action on • Define and configure actions within scaling programs for Customer success in EMEA • Compile summaries from various sources of information and distribute to targeted audiences • Partner with key stakeholders and Operations Program managers to support business development, • customer success and professional services • Support on administrative tasks • Effectively communicate with cross functional Services teams • Plan, schedule, and monitor project deliverables, goals and milestones The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline • Minimum of 2 years of similar type of work experience • 2+ years experience with Salesforce.com in an Enterprise IT environment • 2+ years hands-on Business Systems Analyst experience supporting business stakeholders in various groups • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead structured meetings • Strong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills • Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment • Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with general direction and guidance • Experience from enterprise wide or cross-functional projects • Able to identify relationships between programs and determine impact to other programs • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills to Senior Leadership This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of Dublin’s best employers.
