In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the leadership and development of the team, and for promoting best quality inspection practices in line with the company’s strategy, goals and objectives.

You will also be responsible for effective and efficient management of quality inspection tasks, understanding and prioritising customers and programme’s needs and for positive and constructive collaboration across different departments.

The role:

Inspection planning for outgoing inspection of circuit card and system assemblies

Inspection planning for outgoing inspection of aftermarket products

Review of customer quality requirements

Implementation and verification of customer quality requirements

First Article Inspection

Reporting and analysis of internal product related quality issues

Internal yield measurements and analysis of data

Reporting on quality performance / KPI’s

Support to continuous improvement and LEAN activities

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or equivalent Quality qualification

Minimum 5 years recent working experience in electronics manufacturing environment or similar

People management experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with customers as well as individuals and teams at all levels on site
