 Part-time Insurance Customer Service Executive My client, based in Central Dublin, is an innovative start-up composite insurance operation seeking to establish an easier, fairer and simpler manner in which consumers ‘acquire’ their personal insurances. Due to phenomenal growth, they are looking to grow their Call Centre Agent team and are looking for candidates to work on a part time or full time basis. Experience in insurance or a brokerage with APA or QFA qualifications are essential for this role.<\b>

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Inbound/Outbound sales and support calls to new and existing customers
  • Being proactive in delivering on service levels and aiding customers in obtaining the cover right for them, in a supportive yet commercial manner
  • Managing and maintaining customer records accurately within the system
  • Dealing with customer queries and referring unresolved service, support of technical queries to the relevant personnel
  • Ensuring all systems and customer regulatory procedures are compliantly followed
  • Ability to build strong customer rapport and be highly engaging and supportive with customers
  • Support your fellow colleagues on with collective team goals and service standards
  • Attending to and updating scripts and call structure based on promotional activity, new products, performance feedback and customer dialogue
  • Working flexibly within the Sales team and participating in various office tasks required by management from time to time
  • Competencies:

  • 1 + years inbound and/or outbound sales experience within an insurance call sales/support or brokerage business
  • Qualified to Approved Product Advisor (APA) for both General Insurance and Life Assurance is essential
  • Qualified QFA
  • Sales/customer service experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or a relevant third level qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
  • The ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
