Our client, a financial services company ((MiFID) based in Dublin, is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Operations. Supporting and reporting to the COO you will have functional accountability for Clients Services, Middle Office, Intermediary & Structured Product Operations, IT Infrastructure and Office Administration. Excellent package.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the COO’s agreed plan with the business is executed. • Ensure each function has adequate policies, procedures, process maps and controls in place to support the organisation and its requirements in an efficient, compliant and risk effective manner. • Together with change management and COO develop a clear technology roadmap of required process improvements • Ensure effective roll out of improvements within his / her teams including, scoping, planning, training and review.

Requirements
