Key responsibilities

  • Outbound and inbound calls
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Advise customers of shortages and delivery days
  • Upselling / Cross selling
  • Order processing
  • Support Sales Representatives
  • Update customer service database
  • Compile ad-hoc reports
  • Key Requirements

  • Three years customer service experience in fast moving consumer goods/food is essential
  • Have the ability to be able to influence others, or gain acceptance of an idea or course of action that fits into the customer’s commercial expectations
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proven high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
