Our client, a logistics company based in north Dublin are looking for customer service administrator for their expanding team. This is a one year contract with a view to extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customer queries are logged in a timely manner and maintain productivity with a high level of quality
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with customer accounting, finance, sales and operational teams that allow for early identification of issues that affect the quality of customer enquiry resolution and the team’s ability to meet customer satisfaction and query resolution targets.
  • Control the ageing of Customer Enquiries queries to minimise bad debt and write-off exposure processing items in accordance with procedures and internal/external audit requirements
  • Provide timely resolution of customer queries whilst maintaining high quality of customer care
  • Provide feedback to other departments so that fixes can be put in place to avoid further credits and customer dis-satisfaction
  • The ideal candidate for this customer service administration job will have:

  • Minimum of two years customer service administration experience in a finance department
  • Experience in logistics industry is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal colleagues across departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an exceptional phone manner.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in clear and uncomplicated terms.
