Our Client a well-known Irish charity have a 4-week temporary requirement for a HR Generalist in Maynooth
Key Responsibilities:
• Working with HR Team, ensure first class recruitment and selection practices are collated and put into a defined end to end process that can be immediately applicable across the globe. The solution will reflect good global resourcing practice and decision making. You will be expected to develop new and innovative recruitment strategies that incorporate equality, diversity and inclusion, whilst maximising competitive reach and ensure delivery of business plans. • Ensure continual focus on the employee experience to build and maintain engagement and retention. • Set up the weekly resource working meeting; so that global resource is reviewed and a dashboard put in place for monitoring and reporting. • Provide advice and guidance to management teams on the reward framework as part of the talent management objective listed above; whilst continually evolving the processes to meet changing organisation needs. • Drive continuous improvement of HR practices, processes and information systems to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and data integrity, through management of the HR Operations team.
The Ideal Candidate for this role:
• Immediately available for a temporary sickness cover contract • 3-5 years relevant experience within a HR Generalist role, with significant experience of recruitment, resourcing and EDI practices. • Demonstrated experience of developing and delivering on a HR project in line with business needs and managing organisational change processes. • Demonstrated experience in interpreting employment legislation, policies and agreements, which will be integral to the end-to-end process review.
