Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the GBS Site Leader and EMEA HR Director, this will be a key leadership role in the design, launch and steady state operations of this GBS centre to ensure that the business plan priorities are aligned across the organisation regarding their workforce build out of 100 + staff. The Ideal Candidate Profile - Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:,

• Bachelor’s degree either in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree in HR or Business desired. • Strong knowledge and experience with HR best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools. • Ideally 10-15 years’ experience in HR, including at least 3-5 years in a strategic HR Business Partnership / Head of HR Lead role. • Leadership experience is highly desirable as the GBS site will have 100 plus employees. • Solution orientated individual with great energy and a proven ability to work in global oriented / customer - centric organisations. • Adept communicator, natural stakeholder, and relationship builder. Active listener • A great culture and learning carrier who is passionate about building amazing, collaborative teams. • Highly organised, agile thinker and way or working and well versed and experienced in leading growing multi – cultural and diverse teams • Expert Knowledge: excellent understanding of local and global HR Processes and Terminology including local requirements and relevant legislation, e.g. employment contracts, social security, pension fund and differences between various countries/sites; experience in executing HRIS processes. • Strong Business Acumen and focus - understand how organisations function and the relationship within teams and business units; manage the inter-dependencies in relation to own site/function plans • Capability Builder: influence the talent management processes and aggregate development requirements to perform training need analysis and advocate to managers for coaching skills. • IT Skills: Microsoft Office Based Programs, especially Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook • Fluent English speaker with a second European language desirable but not essential – e.g German / Italian / French br>
