Job Overview;

This Technical Recruitment role is based in Dublin City Centre for an 11-month contract. This job would suit somebody who is driven, ambitious and looking to work for a well- known Tech firm. 5+ years in-house technical recruitment experience is essential. • Use your expertise in the technical recruiting space to help the broader TA organisation (as well as the businesses you support) to meet their strategic goals. • Empower your teammates and business partners to make informed recruiting decisions through innovative data analysis and presentation. • Proactively build pipelines of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future business demand. • Cultivate and maintain a network of prospective candidates through activities such as: targeted external and internal events, knowledge share dinners, one-on-one coffees with executives, etc. • Develop sourcing strategies based on deep knowledge of business needs and the larger talent market. • Incorporate strategies for diversity outreach through all your sourcing channels, educating your teammates and the business on its importance. Further the reach of these strategies by showcasing methods to other talent partners and hiring teams. • Evangelize the company’s value proposition in the marketplace, to educate and build excitement for the company’s technology, culture, and business. • Craft and present offer recommendations to hiring managers. Lead negotiations between hiring managers and candidates. Advise hiring manager on candidate expectations and find balance between internal and external considerations to drive successful offer processes. • Drive change across business groups to improve recruiting processes; influence large scale adoption of efficient and best-in-class recruiting practices; identify and address process issues and gaps.
