Our Client a leading-edge company with headquarters in Dublin 2 are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager with Global experience

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, align and implement a compensation framework; includes working closely with Director of HR on • Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. • Developing / aligning bonus plans • Develop and implement a grading/banding framework that is suitable for this type of business / organisation. • Ensure external benchmarking of compensation and benefits. • Accessibility of Reward information through digital platforms • HR Analytics and GDPR matters • Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities.

The Ideal Candidate for this role:

• Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Drive and commitment, including ability to deliver under pressure. • Able to provide structure, process, detail – yet comfortable in a start-up, fast-moving environment. • 5-8 years of experience in various parts of the Reward area • Experience from an international company or activities involving/connecting with European compensation and benefits structures. • Worked closely with several external providers of Reward services (consultancies, insurers etc) • HR systems literate • Strong people and project management skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
