Our client is a very successful International design and manufacturing business within the wider building and construction sector. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced sales administrator at their base located just North of Cork City. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales administration managing customers along with the sales order process. A background, and or qualifications in architecture / cad / design would be very welcome.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing enquiries from customers via phone, online and in the showroom • Meeting clients in the showroom advising on products and assessing needs. • Arranging quotes and checking same on return prior to sending to clients. • Processing enquiries as well as booking and organising service calls. • Following up on quotations with clients to review and close. • Finalising and processing the paperwork for completed sales orders.

Key Criteria:

• Able to work on your initiative with excellent communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills required • Microsoft Office skills • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills. • Full clean driving licence • Background in design / architecture preferable
