Administrative Executive Our client, a Dublin based university is looking to an administrator to support their fundraising director. This role will be a
with an opportunity for extension. This role will suit a candidate who is looking for a diverse role in a fast-paced environment.
Calendar management including the monitoring of all meeting change requests;
Meeting prep, minute-taking, monitoring the ‘action-list’ including prompting the Director to complete tasks in agreed timeframe;
Monitoring emails, enquiries and requests
Reconciling and submitting expense reports;
Preparing correspondence, briefing papers, emails and other documents;
Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless communication between the senior management team
Other clerical/administrative requirements that may arise.
Supporting fundraising activity such as research briefs and editing proposals;
Provide high-level research - building comprehensive profiles
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should be educated to degree level.
3 years personal assistant experience supporting a director
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to interpret, analyse and summarize detailed biographical, business and financial data.
Motivated and adaptive to the changing requirements and demands of the role.
Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience working with customer relationship management systems would be advantageous.
