 Administrative Executive Our client, a Dublin based university is looking to an administrator to support their fundraising director. This role will be a six-month contract with an opportunity for extension. This role will suit a candidate who is looking for a diverse role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar management including the monitoring of all meeting change requests;
  • Meeting prep, minute-taking, monitoring the ‘action-list’ including prompting the Director to complete tasks in agreed timeframe;
  • Monitoring emails, enquiries and requests
  • Reconciling and submitting expense reports;
  • Preparing correspondence, briefing papers, emails and other documents;
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless communication between the senior management team
  • Other clerical/administrative requirements that may arise.
  • Supporting fundraising activity such as research briefs and editing proposals;
  • Provide high-level research - building comprehensive profiles
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates should be educated to degree level.
  • 3 years personal assistant experience supporting a director
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and summarize detailed biographical, business and financial data.
  • Motivated and adaptive to the changing requirements and demands of the role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience working with customer relationship management systems would be advantageous.
  • Benefits:
