 Our South Dublin based client are a Global Clinical Research Organisation who have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with the business to provide an end-to-end recruitment service. By having a deep understanding of the business, you will design innovative talent attraction campaigns using the latest in recruitment technology. A strategic thinker, you will maintain healthy candidate pipelines and will collaborate with HRBP's aligning on succession planning. • Work in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates for interview and hire to ensure efficiency in time to hire is maintained whilst ensuring high level of accuracy within WorkDay Recruit is completed within internal guidelines. • Have a good understanding of the local labour and candidate markets for areas of responsibility to provide guidance to the business/stakeholders on demographics and sourcing strategies. • Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools. • Negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas to Hiring Managers, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology. • Provide a high level of candidate care and ensure frequent communication is deployed.

The Ideal Candidate for this role:

• Degree or local equivalent • 3- 5 years' experience within a similar role • Experience recruiting within a CRO / Pharma environment • Customer focussed with exceptional stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to meet monthly targets and to develop creative sourcing strategies. • Confident in influencing recruitment decisions
