Senior Marketing Executive

Our client with offices in Dublin, Cork and Galway is a leading specialist in the engineering and design of traditional and renewable heating solutions. With the business continuing to expand both here and the UK, they are currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious marketing professional to join the organisation initially on a 3 day week / part time basis. This is a permanent role and will be based at their Cork office in Little Island. The successful candidate will lead and develop the marketing function of the organisation covering every area of the company’s marketing strategy to include brand management, social media, direct marketing, customer engagement and event management.

Key Duties:

• Develop and implement brand guidelines for the company. • Daily oversight of marketing campaigns, traditional & digital for both Ireland and UK • Managing content on all social media platforms • Managing a content plan for the websites of all the company’s brands and USP’s • Managing aims of each brand and creating plans/campaigns to fulfil those objectives. • Setting up / attendance of trade shows and events in Ireland and the UK • Act as a support for sales reps and manager in the creation of centralised data base • Develop “Point of Sale” material for various customer groups. • Liaise with marketing managers from manufacturers represented by the company. • Coordinating SEO work in the areas of onsite and off-site optimisation • Creation of client database for tailored marketing interactions. • Liaising with our various partner manufacturers • Ensure all marketing activity optimises ROI business. • Identify, evaluate, and implement new and emerging renewable technologies.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• 3+ years’ previous experience in a generalist marketing role • 3rd level marketing qualification or business qualification with marketing • Experience of running campaigns on social media, traditional publications, and radio. • Ability to foster and maintain relationships with colleagues and suppliers as applicable. • Ability to create and to analyse CRM data and deliver reports. • A strong understanding of customer services, acquisition, and retention experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience within the sector an advantage • Experience working with and managing budgets.
