 We have an excellent opportunity for a HR administrator to join our client an Irish based life assurance company with Headquarters in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Administrator helps facilitate all basic Human Resources service to Business, HR and Group Stakeholders. The HR Administrator is the main focal point for all HR operations and related manager/ employee queries on HR service, policies and procedures. • Manage and Maintain the daily, weekly, monthly and annual cycle of activity of HR Operations • Employees Records – Maintain accurate and organised employee electronic records and files in line with Company HR processes , Data retention GDPR guidelines and standards • Reporting – Creation and delivery routine and ad-hoc reports to HR and Business Stakeholders (e.g. Headcount; Leavers; Joiners; Organisation Charts; Recruitment; Training and other bespoke reports) • Onboarding – lead the current process for new joiners across the function, with the candidate, Managers and IT, to ensure all necessary onboarding checks (ID; References; Employment Medical; Fitness and Probity) and arrangements are in place in line with target timeframes • Offboarding – lead the offboarding process to ensure accurate payroll and IT instructions are transacted in a timely and accurate manner • HR Systems – Update and maintain HR systems in a timely manner to ensure accurate records and reporting at all times. (including Employee Records; Learning Management; Performance Management; Talent Management; Compensation & Benefits; Recruitment; Time & Attendance) • Provide first level support to end users of HR systems (Managers and Employees) and escalate incidents and requests as required through Service Now for resolution within Group HR • HR Policies and Procedures: Provide first line advice and guidance within the business via all channels; HR Inbox; Direct Email; Phone, seeking advice where necessary within the function on complex issues such as Employee relations. Maintain accurate version control and publication of policies on Internal Folders accessed by end users. (Advice provided includes Health and Safety and Company COVID Guidance)

The Ideal Candidate for this role:

• Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management • Experience in Banking, Finance or Insurance • Experience as a HR Administrator / Co-Ordinator in similar role 18 months + experience • Knowledge of Human resource processes and best practices • Knowledge of Employment law • HR Systems (Success Factors)
